Betty's Policies
We require a minimum $150 for delivery during weekday hours. We require 50 guests for evening or weekend or picnic menus.
Services included in the price per guest
Delivery
We are happy and ready to deliver your order to you at the time you desire. We will arrange for your delivery to be within a 30 minute window prior to your scheduled lunch time. IE: You need to eat at 12 noon, we will deliver your lunch between 11:30 - 11:55. If we have already scheduled a lunch at your desired time, we will do our best to work in your order as close to your desired delivery time as possible. This ofcourse will be discussed with you!
Buffet Set-ups
We will arrive at your location 30 - 45 minutes prior to serving time to begin set up. If needed or desired, a server will stay with your buffet to help you serve. This is at your option.
If the server does not stay with the buffet, they will arrange a time with you to come pick up serving items. The time window needs to be an hour to two hours for pick up. When we leave a buffet setup, we ask that all of the serving dishes and trays, etc., remain in the meeting room or kitchen or break room that they were set up in. If you want your buffet set up past the two hour window, we will have to pick up your service the next day. If you request an after hours pick-up an additional service fee may be applied.
Set-Up / Disposables
As noted with each menu, plates, napkins, and all the necesary utensils are included. Menus with clear disposables are noted, you can upgrade any menu to clear disposables. China and silver can be rented. All events are served buffet style.
Clean Up
We discreetly begin our clean up after the hour serving time has past.
Service Fees-
We appreciate your business very much! Due to high delivery expenses, we have been forced to add a service fee to each order. The service fee does include server and delivery person gratuities. The other part of the service fee is due to high credit card and administrative fees. We want to be able to continue to give you the best service, the best food at the lowest prices we can. The service fee will be slightly higher if you choose to pay with a credit card.
Service fees will be based on the following:
Total drop offs (everything in disposable containers) paying with cash or company check - 18% - credit card - 20%
Buffet style set-ups paying with cash or company check - 20% - credit card 22%
This is not a revenue source for us! Thank you for understanding and your continued business!
Billing
Payment must be made upon delivery unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and company checks. Personal checks are accepted for events at least 5 days out. Of course, cash is welcome too! We will run your credit card on the afternoon prior to your event to secure all of the proper authorizations. Your credit card receipt along with a copy of the invoice can be left for you at the time of deliveryupon request, otherwise we will email you a copy of your receipt. We allow corporate accounts. Please ask for an application for a corporate account. Once approved, we will submit an invoice with each delivery and a statement monthly. Invoices are net 10 days. Invoices not paid within 30 days will be subject to late fee of 3% of invoice.
Rentals-
We can arrange any rentals that may be necessary. There is no charge for this service.
